The Terwillegar Rec Centre is set to host the inaugural Alberta Elite Hockey League Showcase, Dec 2-6 in Edmonton.
The AEHL Showcase will feature 55 games in just four days, 25 in the U18 AAA division, and 30 in U16 AAA. All are regular season games.
The U16 AAA Showcase kicks off Thursday evening with five games, beginning at 5:00pm, while U18 AAA action gets underway with a pair of games at 7:15pm and 7:45pm.

The Showcase falls on the final weekend before the 2021 Western Hockey League Draft, offering athletes one last chance to show teams what they can offer.
The WHL has also joined on as a sponsor of the weekend, and will carry out player presentations on Saturday to share what the league has to offer.
Donations will be accepted for the food bank, and a 50/50 and raffle table will also be available throughout the weekend.
Single-day passes are $10 each, while a tournament pass is $25. All games will also be broadcast on HockeyTV.
