    • March 1994: Grande Prairie Saints left .

    • March 1995: Sherwood Park left
    • June 1995:  Airdrie Xtreme, Strathcona Warriors and East Central Chill (Stettler) joined.
  • 1995-96: Fort Saskatchewan, Red Deer, St. Albert, Spruce Grove, Leduc, Lethbridge, Medicine Hat, Airdrie, Strathcona, East Central (Stettler)
    • March 1996: Edmonton (SSAC) joined.
    • June 1996: Four Edmonton teams SSAC, MLAC, KC, CAC joined; Sherwood Park returned

    • June 1999: Grande Prairie returned; Cranbrook B.C. entered  interlock agreement to play exhibition games with the south teams

    • June 2000: Cranbrook and eight Calgary teams to play an interlock schedule with the south teams only, with AMBHL teams counting these games for points.
    • June 2001: Cranbrook left;  Okotoks Oilers joined; 8 Calgary teams to play an interlock schedule in the AMBHL with  south teams.
